Laser welding

Laser welding of molds is one of the most useful processes for repairing injection molds. if
during production, tools, molds, or various metal parts were damaged by laser

Dry cleaning of cooling circuits

Dry cleaning is a necessary process in case of insufficient cooling, settling or
clogging of the cooling channels of the injection molds.

Our facility is a compact unit that consists of a tank for a chemical that is heated, and thus ensuring greater effectiveness of the cleaning agent. There is water in the second tank, which is used to catch it residual acid after purification.

Mold repairs and modifications

Mold repairs and modifications are often complicated and a difficult part of production. It often happens that the construction is not in accordance with the actual state.
